Ewen has 20 years’ experience in hospitality, working in hotels, on cruise ships, restaurants, bars and events, having owned and ran four of his own businesses including a hotel, pub, delicatessen, and online wine website. He has also worked as Chef, Food and Beverage Manager, Sommelier in conference and banqueting, as an Events Planner and Manager, Chief Steward, Junior Purser and General Manager.
