I am a chartered psychologist conducting and supervising doctoral research in the areas of parenting, child development and nature connection. I work with a diverse range of populations, such as with babies born prematurely, typically developing children and those with a developmental disorder.
I am also interested in the use of therapeutic touch and the arts as ways to enhance parent-child interaction. My published work focuses on what parents feel able to do for and with their children in both clinical and applied contexts. I teach at all levels of study and lead on the MSc in Applied Developmental Psychology.
